Rx Optical, a MyEyeDr. Company, provides a positive experience for patients. Appointments are scheduled with knowledgeable and helpful staff, who take the time to explain the exam process and assist with insurance and product selection. The office is thorough and efficient, with staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction. However, some patients may find the prices to be high, and the lack of on-site lens processing and eye doctors may be a drawback for some. Despite this, the staff's expertise and patient care have the potential to make the business a great success.
I'm leaving this wonderful review because I was told that the district manager expects them to have 12 reviews a day. They are a lovely group of women and they were all courteous and kind. I really enjoyed coming to this Rx Optical. In fact I brought my whole family. It was a wonderful experience. I felt like I was on Star Trek.
Kensie did a super job of helping me to pick out my frames and ordering my glasses
Ashley was very helpful when I picked them up. They arrived a week earlier than expected !!!
Professional and curious about what the clients wanted. The staff members were fun/pleasant while they gave some good ideas for glasses to frame my face. If you are like me there's a pair of glasses you just can't part with no matter what happens. They can fix your glasses too. So a mundane event like getting eye care becomes a memorable approach to your specific needs
