Even though we did not plan on building a home, after an exhaustive housing search, we inquired with Koetje Builders on a lot they had for sale. From the first phone call we made until the keys were handed to us, the Koetje team was nothing but first-class. We knew building a custom home would require tons of decisions, yet anything we needed help with (and we had no shortage of questions or requests!), the Koetje Builders Team was always patient and timely with their assistance. Koetje Builders built our custom dream home and we couldn't be more satisfied. The construction crew and contractors are all top notch, the custom cabinetry and woodwork is the best we've ever seen... and we are very picky. I am so, so happy I have a Koetje built condo! I have been wheelchair bound for 17 years. All of their cabinets are custom built, so my kitchen counters, island, & master bath was built around my needs & I LOVE them! There have been little things that have come up, I reach out to them & they respond within hours & have always addressed everything! I absolutely love working with them!
