I happen to have a Koetje built home in Hudsonville but that's not the reason for this review. Dealing with Randy was a pleasure, he's a man of his word and helped me out with a poperty related project at his own expense when he legaly didn't have to. How often do folks go the extra mile like this? Good people!
Even though we did not plan on building a home, after an exhaustive housing search, we inquired with Koetje Builders on a lot they had for sale. From the first phone call we made until the keys were handed to us, the Koetje team was nothing but first-class. We knew building a custom home would require tons of decisions, yet anything we needed help with (and we had no shortage of questions or requests!), the Koetje Builders Team was always patient and timely with their assistance.
