The entire American Living team was an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process from start to finish was very straight forward and laid out. As a first time buyer I felt overwhelmed at the idea of building a house... American Living makes that process as simple as it could possibly be. We have been so blessed by our experience with this company and every single team member that we dealt with. Not only was the experience of planning our home fun and smooth and fully supported by them the whole way through, we have also been blown away by the quality of the product. The follow up care and attention they offer is such a blessing. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I have enjoyed working with America Living on our screened porch project. The builders that were sent here were courteous, friendly and competent. Communication regarding the construction schedule was good, as was communication with the office regarding estimates and payments. Costs of the project were reasonable and straightforward.
