Jeff's knowledge about the human form and the methods for encouraging it to function better are nothing short of phenomenal. My ability to move with more freedom and less pain improves every time I visit him, and I've learned a ton. Highly recommend!

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and caring as he works with you and your body to achieve your goals. I needed some help with my neck especially and after my first session I had major improvements and will happily return. I would highly recommend!
