What a great company! I ordered some wood for a Christmas gift and when it arrived we received two packages. Both were addressed to me, however when opening the second it was clear that it wasn't my order. I let them know and gave them the info on the order page and asked how they wanted me to go about getting it back to them so they could get it to the correct customer. They told me to keep the order and they'll be reshipping the other customer's order to them. The other order was significantly larger and more expensive than mine. I was shocked. Just got my cut off boxes and was very please with the quality and selection given. "Picker: CB" went the extra mile with selected bigger/blockier when they saw i would be using all the pieces on a lathe. I will be placing another when the time comes. Great work y'all!

My go-to place for wood. Helpful, knowledgeable service, easy-to-use website. Even better to visit their storefront in person. Good people, good selection, neat and well organized facility. Highly recommend!!
