In a time where most salons/hairdressers allow you to make an appointment with the click of a button on an app, this place won't allow you to make an appointment at all.Want to make an appointment for Wednesday at lunchtime? Nope! You have to take your lunch and show up to the salon and hope they have an opening.I was told on a couple occasions to come in the morning to secure a good spot for the day, meaning I have to visit the salon twice in one day to get a haircut. It's such a counterintuitive way to do business.

Girls are overworked and under paid!!! Corporate office doesn't care! Only two or three to cover all the shifts. They do a wonderful job.
