Whether I’m late or on time-I’m greeted consistently with warmth and a smile. (I’d like to add that the salon is extremely flexible in working with any schedule changes you may have as long as you give them the courtesy of 24+ hours notice). Each stylist does a great job consulting and finding out exactly what your expectations are before services even begin. They are thoughtful, and offer coffee/water during services.
