My dog got into a fight and was bleeding to death and these people said oh well there is nothing they can do for me since I wasn't a client of theirs. So personally I don't think the term Hospital should be used in the business name. I found a much better vet to go to so thank you in that part. Oh this isn't the first time they pulled this stunt. I once had to take a Black Lab to Green Bay because they wouldn't help. Had to put her down due to a ruptured tumor on her spleen. If I could I'd give this place no stars!

Terrible! I took my dog there few years ago in which he got diagnosed with Lyme disease. They gave him medication. I called to see if there’s anything we can do to which they said he would need to be seen again (understandable) but then some lady calls back saying that he was never diagnosed with lymes and that I’m just assuming he was. I will never take my dog to such an unorganized and unprofessional place again. And what’s the point of an animal hospital when they are booked out till next December and they have no emergency room. They’re basically useless.
Update to your nonprofessional response. He did in fact receive that diagnosis from the doctor treating him and my mom who was also in the room was told the same thing. Now I don’t know who does your training but maybe you need to focus on your practice and not replying negatively to people who have their honest experience. Yall need to do better and be more organized maybe then you will actually find people on file instead of telling them they were never a patient when you tried to say before that’s not what they were diagnosed for. Do better. And PS. I would never take him back to such an unprofessional place I found a better place to take him.

All Doctors and Staff are Fantastic to work with. Years ago, my dog was rough shape. The care was 2nd to NONE!!! I would recommend the care there for any animal. Professional, Polite, and Super Helpful. Dr. Scott and all other Doctors have been wonderful to work with over the years, and we were so fortunate for their care. I Definitely recommend them!!! Thank You Dr. Scott and all other doctors and staff for your support with my dog Jasper. Kind Regards, Ben Ryan

They fit my dog in as an emergency same day we called. I appreciated that. I was able to be with my dog during the visit. I appreciated that as well. The assistant and veterinarian were professional kind very empathetic and treated my dog wonderfully.

My dog was having a horrible allergic reaction so we did a walkin and they couldn't have been nicer or more caring for him. Super understanding and helpful!!

Dog became sick but they refused to see him claiming we are new patient. My dog was there before although it has been a few years. Terrible service!

In my experience I would not take an ill pet here. While they have taken care of him for preventive when my pet became sick we could only get in with an urgent care visit which not only was an increase in the “starting price “ of 120.00 but you are basically fit in between others visits. I brought in my dog that was running around and playing that morning but having urinating problems and had a decrease appetite. Thought it was a uti but due to exam was taken back for an X-ray. Much later he is brought out and I am told he has bladder cancer. I can accept this but what I can’t accept is being told they used something invasively to be able to see the mass better, being told he is in pain from how they had to move him to do the X-ray, and having my dog come out looking 90% worse then when he went in. I was not asked if they could do anything invasive. It wasn’t until we received the report that I found out he had arched and vomited up bile after. My dog could barely walk out of the clinic and again vomited. By the time we got home he couldn’t walk or stand and wouldn’t eat anything. Two days later he was gone. I don’t know what happened with whatever was done other than a simple X-ray but I lost time with our beloved 8 yr old pup. Had I been asked once the mass was identified I would have chosen to bring him home to enjoy has remaining time until he was no longer having a quality life. It was devastating seeing him turn from a running, goofy smiling pup to one that could barely move and would eat nothing. We are heartbroken that he had to go through this, not know what caused this at his visit and again why something was done without our consent and if something had happened to cause him to go downhill so fast. While we know bladder cancer is aggressive it should have been weeks or maybe a few months, not two days…

HIGHLY Recommended! This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Went in to have our 15 yr old fur baby cat euthanized. From the very moment we walked in the door, the front desk made us feel so welcome with arms wide open and put us in an exam room immediately so we didn't have to face the crowd with our emotions. Once we were in there they allowed us to take as much time as needed throughout the entire process. I got to hold my baby girls paws through the entire process and spend more time with her afterwards to say our final peace. The vet techs were so professional and extremely kind with the biggest hearts. Once we left they gave us their deepest sympathy at the front desk. A week later they called to let us know her private ashes had come in and we were able to pick them up whenever we were ready. We got there to pick her up and we were blessed to find inside the bag...a cute little plastic urn with her name on it, a clear glass vile with some of her fur inside, and a card with her pawprint and nose print on it. Couldn't be happier with this experience, it has helped us with the closure we needed to know that she is now at peace. Thank you all so much for your amazing clinic and wonderful staff.
