Dr Jacobs and Derek are absolutely AMAZING . Very professional and a doctor/np that actual listen to you and care. I have seen so many doctors over the years for multiple health issues. Usually you are just rushed along. It hard to find a doctor or np who actually care, listen to you and let you be a part of patient plan. There is a reason he’s been doing this like 50 years because he’s incredible and down to earth. Would 100% recommend both dr Jacobs and Derek. They have amazing and helpful staff and nurses as well. Very pleased to be a patient of dr. Jacobs/ Derek

After seeing several other doctor's I was starting to lose hope for help until I went to Dr. Jacobs. He is the only one who actually listened and wasn't just pushing the drug of the month. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
