They've always been cool with me. I hate calling ahead, so there's been times where I've had to wait a bit...Other than that, they do a good, professional job. I do recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store can be hit or miss sometimes. The majority of my visits have been nice and only had like, maybe 1 botched haircut. The wait times at this specific location can be a bit crazy at times but as long as you remember to do the online check-in thing you'll know when to show up. Otherwise, you might want to have a phone charged and ready. I give the stylists a lot of credit because I like to talk and sometimes don't shut up. Nonetheless they reciprocate well for the most part. Long story short: good place to get your hair cut done.

Cuts were great. I called to make an appointment. They wouldn't give me that option even though I was already on the phone. This resulted in an hour and 25 minute wait time. Aside from that inconvenience, my hairdresser was amazing.
