Recommend by a friend, I was NOT disappointed! The salon was very clean and stocked with the latest innovations in hair products. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Although, it was my first visit (I'm new to Interlochen) Harold was warm and welcoming and made me feel like an old friend in minutes. He did not cut too much off (most common problem). He did not re-color hair that didn't need it. He could have done an additional process and charged much more. After looking at my hair, he actually suggested waiting on the second process.
