Wow. The girls at the front desk are always so helpful and nice. Dr. Flynn, his nurse - everyone! We have been seeing Dr. Flynn for over 10 years and he remains a valued, considerate and CONSTANT in our lives as we grow older! This clinic deserves a serious 5 star rating. ?

I highly recommend Dr. Jacob Flynn. He is truly a kind, caring, and compassionate doctor. He listens to all of your concerns and addresses any issues you have. He is a problem solver and never rushes you through your appointments. I had to move away but I’m incredibly thankful to have him as a doctor. In addition, the nurse that always did my intake for him was always absolutely wonderful as well.

Crystal Lake Health Center was so professional and helpful when I needed just a quick visit. While they don’t officially take walk-ins, they added me to their system quickly so I could be seen. The receptionists, nurse, and doctor were all so kind and helpful. I got exactly the care I needed and was in and out in a timely manner.
