Hadn't been able to reach anyone at the shop seemingly too long. Was difficult to reach on the phone as he is very busy. And because of that busy-ness, I recommend patience.

(Ali got back to me and was very forthcoming with his work. Pleasant fellow, seems to do good work.)

My car was worked on by the owner a few months ago and still had some issues after picking it up. While there were some challenges getting the issue resolved, the owner was able to fix the issue and didn’t stop until my car was safe to drive.
