Jason responded to a service call we had on a Saturday at our motel. We had a toilet leak and were at no vacancy, so we were unable to move our guest to another room. He showed up very fast and had it ready for before our next guest arrived. Appreciate you so much!
Steve and I would like to give our thanks and appreciation to Jeff for his workmanship, knowledge and skill in getting our generator back up and running. It was a complex and long process because the manufacturer changed the way to keep the battery charge and then didn’t make it apparent at the time of replacement a year ago. Numerous calls to the manufacturer to verify instructions to update the connection to the switch box were placed on hold. With no help from the manufacturer, Jeff knew what had to be done and with the assistance of another tech, rewired the system and all is running smoothly.
