Our girl has underlying health issues, so they contacted our home veterinary clinic for detailed information prior to our visit. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Her diagnosis required outside lab work and the vet assured me that the results would be sent not only to me, but also our home vet clinic as well.
