Went today for the first time and I don’t have a negative thing to say. Staff very friendly! They did a great job grooming my 2 babies! Plus my dogs did well with them, which is important due to the fact one of them has seizures. I am pleased and will definitely go back!

I will say when it took a lot of back and forth voicemails to officially set up the appointment I was a little skeptical of how it would go. They could really use a receptionist to work the phone more than once a day. Also when we walked in the place was in rough shape but I still needed my dog groomed and thought we'd give it a go anyways. They did an amazing job and was done within the hour. I usually have to wait to pick up my dog for several hours but they ensured me it was due to keeping the dog happy and without extra stress and anxiety of being in a foreign place inside a crate. This was my first time taking my long haired fur baby and they did a wonderful job thinning her out and making her look great. I'm sure my baby will be so much cooler this summer due to the great job they did.They were so gentle with my baby girl and she was very comfortable around them and I was so grateful as she struggles with anxiety. I would definitely recommend them
