Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this Great Clips! The staff are so welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful! I just got a bang trim, but I also asked for my stylist's advice on whether I should get the rest of my hair trimmed now or wait; she said I can wait until my next bang trim, no need to overcharge me for a full haircut while my ends still look OK. You don't find that in many places nowadays; so many people are just after the money and the bigger tip for the bigger bill. She was not; she genuinely wanted to help me out and give me a great haircut. She was very fun and funny to talk to as well; it wasn't awkward like it often is going to a salon. Kristen was amazing. My daughter had an emergency situation that I truly thought was unfixable and she took my daughter from tears when she walked in to walking out smiling and happy as can be. Highly recommend!
