Absolutely amazing. My in house pet pig Mr. Pickles was having ear issues and Dr. Kelsey was able to come to the house to examine him. She was brilliant very knowledgeable and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her and how gentle (keep in mind he is 250lbs) she was with him. I will 100% let everyone know about this experience and you now have a new client for life. Ida vet clinic and staff deserve 10 🌟's. When we moved to this area 8yrs ago I researched hard for the best vet for our new farm and animals. Goats, horses and a Great Pry. Recommendations and research kept leaning towards Ida Vet and Dr. Brian DeLand. PERFECT choice. Dr. Kelsey (DeLand) Creguer is such a blessing to our farm family. Even comes to our car to trim out Great Prys nails because he doesn't get in and out of the vehicle well so she saves him a trip. Handles large anxious horses often by herself in the most calming way. Sometimes I cant catch a goat for vaccination and she makes it happen. I have alot to say about Dr. Deland. She is probably the best large animal (farm animal) Dr we have ever seen. We never feel “taken advantage of” like some vets have made us feel. She is smart, she gets right in with all of our farm animals (goats & pigs) and she is empathetic. I can’t say enough good things about her. She responds promptly and never makes us feel like we are bugging her even when she is off work and we have an emergency. We are so lucky we found her!
