This is a fantastic dental office. Our entire family has been going here for two+ years and we never have to wait for our scheduled appointments. When you leave a voice mail in the evenings expect a call back as soon as they open the next morning - they also use text messages to communicate which I prefer. They are all so friendly and my kids feel totally comfortable going off with the dental hygienists without me in the room. When we have an urgent situation they care and always have managed to squeeze us in and fix the problem. Very glad we found these guys!

I had my teeth cleaned 3 months ago and was totally not satisfied with the results! I was referred to palms and I immediately requested my X-rays sent them over. They took their time with my cleaning and did a fabulous job! The office is super clean and the staff was very comforting. I look forward to restoring my teeth with them. Highly recommend. ?

I had a tooth emergency and they got me in that same afternoon. Dr. Palm and his staff are so friendly and professional. Dr. Palm was able to diagnose the problem (which my previous dental office missed) and got me in the very next day to fix it. He was honest about what I needed and very thorough with his explanations. I’ll be making the drive from Novi to stay here as a regular patient, absolutely worth it!
