I was so nervous to go to a new dentist because I moved states, but haven't moved doctors yet. I had a bit of a dental emergency and saw this place had great reviews. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my fears assuaged and they didn't push any unnecessary procedures. I felt listened to and not rushed and will definitely be a regular patient.
Hands-down best dental office in the area. All doctors are great, but I especially like Dr. B, especially after she called me a “great patient.” In seriousness, the providers, hygienists, and front desk staff are all great. They are always running on time and you will never be in and out of a dental office faster.
My husband and I are both happy with Palm Family Dental. My niece referred us to them. The staff is welcoming and nice. Dr. Palm is an excellent dentist. They take my insurance, which not all dentists take. I recently made a change the same day as my appointment from a crown to a filling. Everyone was fine with it. The dentist worked for 45 minutes on it with what seemed to be a dozen different tools. Another 45 minutes was spent letting the Novacaine take effect and letting my filling media set up.
