Great customer service. The barber shop is very clean and provides an excellent child's haircut. The barberess communicated with us the entire haircut, continuously asking our opinion and for our idea about what we wanted and expected. We appreciated that very much.

Live in two states and travel back to Michigan monthly. Always go to Zach's while in town. Two barber chairs and can be a wait, depending on the time of day. Long wooden bench to sit and wait. Wait, goes fast, and both girls are great cutting hair equally friendly. I'm going back today for a trim.

Absolutely amazing service and love the hair cut, I'm always disappointed when leaving great clips but these guys have nailed it every time, thank you to the workers at Zach's, won't try going anywhere else.
