Luke and his team finished our basement late last year and we couldnt be happier with our new basement. Throughout the process, they were communicative and flexible with us. They even hustled to get our basement done before the holidays. To add to all that, they are just a joy to work with and will go above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the final product. This review is specific to the quoting process as our basement remodel project is currently in progress. The first step in the process was meeting with Luke, the owner, to discuss the general vision of the project. During this initial meeting, Luke listened intently to our needs and provided many suggestions for us to consider as well as explaining how his company operates. Very quickly after the initial meeting, Luke provided an initial quote, broken down by cost per room, with a proposed floor plan and room renderings. The quality of work, attention to detail, and providing ideas were appreciated and unlike any other basement remodeling companies we had worked looked into. The service and quality is excellent.
