I called and looked on line and both said they opened at 11am , drove up there , got there at 1130am and doors were locked up tight.. if your not gonna be open the times that you say then don't post it, I dove 1/2 hour to tan and it was a waste of my time and gas

Don't even know how this place is open. No Spray tan options like it says they do, very little beds, they close before even normal work hours so how does the average person have time to go

One of the worst locations Hudson. My experiences have been sad. Rooms have lights out in them making it had to see what your doing let alone start the bed. The level 5 bed has bulbs burt out or not working I won't pay for half a tan. Level 5 bed is very temperamental 90% of the time won't start up for you. The employees behind the counter seem to be trying their best to make sure your visit it good. Seems like management has dropped the ball and letting the Hudson facility go down the tube!! And one more thing I did read the reviews and all I can say is they must be talking about someplace else or total blind. I forgot to add one thing better than half the time you go there to check in via the little touch screen that reads your card is either dead because someone didn't charge it or simply don't work. Sorry for all the negativity but didn't see much positivity. Follow up nothings changed replaced one bulb in tanning room. Now i can see to tan. Check in pad still having problems. Found out I'm not getting any points when I go there to tan. Just can't believe it's only me? Tried to contact manager about these problems several times but no luck. Finally after three week I cancelled my membership. And after the manager read this review called me and told me to never come back and i made her employees cry. Oh her name is Michael Thompson the manager she seems to have a problem telling the truth. Truth is she bullies and yells at her employees until they cry. Sad if you ask me.
