Very impressed with service department. I had a problem with a 61 inch Ferris mower deck and the service department identified and solved the problem very quickly for a surprising and fair cost.

I like that they got rid of the young and inexperienced workers they had at the parts counter who had no clue what a bailer needle was LOL!!, now the have people who know what they're doing and are very helpful. Plus they have a very impressive farm and hardware store almost as big in size and variety as a tsc store which you don't normally see at a farm dealership.

I've had really good customer service from Burnips. I've only dealt with the parts department and they've gotten everything I've needed for my older Ford tractor.
