We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tradesman Joe when he installed a new A/C unit at my parents’ house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
Even more impressive—he took the time to completely re-install the furnace, which had recently been put in by DTX Contracting, who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. He corrected all of the issues and brought everything up to code, giving us peace of mind that the system was finally safe and functioning properly.
