Bob was such a pleasure to work with. He made my sofa and an area rug that had been in a nasty storage unit for years look/smell like new again. Very reasonable prices for quality work. We had such a great experience with Bob and highly recommend working with Spotless Carpet. He was extremely informative and was willing to give us an estimate prior to us moving into our new home. My favorite part of working with him is his integrity and his honesty with what to expect. Rather than trying to nickel and dime us he was honest about the shape of the carpet and provided us with realistic expectations that he ended up well exceeding anyways. He did great work, brought life back to carpets that we weren’t sure would be salvageable. He helped to save us a lot of money in that regard, and we will continue to use him for our needs in the future!
