My favorite part of working with him is his integrity and his honesty with what to expect. Rather than trying to nickel and dime us he was honest about the shape of the carpet and provided us with realistic expectations that he ended up well exceeding anyways. He did great work, brought life back to carpets that we weren’t sure would be salvageable. He helped to save us a lot of money in that regard, and we will continue to use him for our needs in the future!
