Bob did an awesome job on our carpets and upholstery. He under promised and over delivered for sure. As other reviewers have commented he called back promptly and communicated professionally during the whole process.
Stains on our stairs that had been there for years were removed. He used a carpet stretcher to repair our dining room carpet that had a large wrinkle in it. The carpet looks brand new now. Highly recommend!!
Called to check on pricing & availability. Bob was able to get me scheduled same day, worked with me on pricing which was already reasonable, very thorough with explaining everything, and was super friendly with my kids. It turned out better & cleaner than when I had Stanley steamer out the year before. Highly recommend supporting this company & Bob. I will be working with him again in the future.
