Was having some computer issues I called Richard and he arrived 45 minutes later explained exactly what he was going to do and return my laptop by 8:30 the next morning running with no issues at all highly recommended

Very happy with service. Our laptop went dead. Richard was able to recover all our files off hard drive and move them to new computer. He even helped track down a new computer. Richard was very considerate of my reluctance to provide password information and he patiently let me observe the process he used for accessing and transferring our secure files . And fast. Highly recommend!
