People, seriously, Richard was amazing! So knowledgeable, so fast, so kind! I called him on Monday morning and my non-working, blue-screen laptop was back in my hands on Tuesday morning and fully functioning and FASTER! I wish I had another piece of equipment to repair. Do NOT hesitate to use this man!! He was crazy good and crazy fast!
Amazing Service! After Best Buy told me they would have my computer for a month I decided not to leave it there. I found Richard on a google search about 1:00 pm Tuesday. By 2:30 that same day he was at my house taking apart my laptop to determine the reason the battery was not charging. He took the computer back to his office to complete the job...and called me at 9:00am the next morning to let me know he was ready to bring it back. And, not only did he absolutely correct the problems, he also took the time to give the computer a good cleaning. And the price was VERY reasonable! I highly recommend this company for all your computer repair needs.
Service, appointment time, and subject knowledge excellent. He explained service he had performed and backed up with offer with support in future. I am very happy with this service and would recommend to anyone.
