“We can't recommend Rachel Clapper at Best Friends Dog Grooming enough! We honestly can't believe we waited so long to leave a review because she deserves all the recognition. We've been bringing our three dogs to her for years, and she's always treated them like they're part of her own family. It's obvious how much she genuinely loves and cares for every animal that comes through her door.
Rachel consistently does an amazing job grooming our dogs; they always come home looking great, happy, and well cared for. She's incredibly hardworking, has such a positive attitude, and is always kind and welcoming. Her pricing is very fair and reasonable, especially for families with multiple dogs like ours.
One of the things we appreciate most is how easy she is to work with. Scheduling is always convenient, and she's quick to respond to texts, making appointments simple and stress-free.
She has a gift with dogs of all personalities. Even my mom takes her pit bull to Rachel for nail trims, and he absolutely hates having his nails cut. Rachel is so patient with him and does such a great job that my mom is incredibly thankful to have found someone she trusts.
