“My sister-in-law and I had nail appointments today that we’d been looking forward to for weeks. Unfortunately, earlier in the day at work I jammed my ring finger into a hard surface, ripping part of my nail away from the nail bed. The pain was absolutely excruciating, and it bled quite a bit. I was so upset that I almost canceled my appointment.

I decided to go anyway, thinking they could at least remove my dip manicure so I could better assess the damage. When I arrived, my finger was still throbbing and incredibly sore. I explained everything that had happened and told them I was really nervous about anyone even touching it because it hurt so badly.

Kim took care of me, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She was so incredibly gentle, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She continuously checked in on me, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure she didn’t cause me any additional pain. I felt so well cared for throughout the entire appointment.

Not only did she handle my injured finger with so much compassion and patience, but she was also able to do a beautiful dip manicure on my natural nails without using tips. They turned out absolutely fabulous!
