Paid upfront for two lawn treatment services. Only received the first treatment and it didn't work. Called and was able to get a replacement service. The second paid for service was not received, and after calling numerous times and being too late in the season, I let Kevin know I wanted a refund. I have reached out many many times and have received no response or refund. I can no longer get ahold of Kevin at MGR. Do not use.
If I could give zero stars I would... I paid up front for the season for lawn care and mosquito prevention... I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin at MGR since the beginning of July with no return calls, texts, emails etc... regarding lack of service provided. Kevin has been extremely unprofessional, and I would never recommend him to anyone.
We had our lawn killed by their treatment and now 4 months later they won’t respond about the plan to fix it, and Kevin {the owner} told us it would be fixed a month ago. Not communicating with your clients who trusted you is a horrible way to run a business. We are so upset.
