Been dealing with a Lumbar pinched nerve for years, just didn't know it. Since 2020 it's really been getting more and more pronounced pain wise. For the past couple months I've invested in massage therapy trying to find something that works. I will successfully add barefoot massage therapy to my bag of things I utilize for pain relief. After being stepped on, I felt no pain for 3-4 days which is major for me. She puts the pressure on but the end result is 100% worth it. Amazing as always! I got "just the feet" today. And if you're not aware... just the feet, affect your entire body. So I highly recommend this service for alignment and better equilibrium in general. I feel Balanced thanks Rachel!

Best massage I have ever had. Rachel is amazing! She knows exactly where we hold the most tension and adds the perfect amount of pressure to remove knots and relieve sore, tight muscles. She is continually expanding her knowledge on her skill so she can give her customers the best experience she can! She truly cares about her clients and helping them relax, relieve pain and stiffness. Massages don’t get better than this!
