I contacted Pete Black on the recommendation of a coworker when I needed the sewer pipe replaced when I purchased a house. Originally, they were going to go through the basement floor, but discovered asbestos tile, so they routed it along a wall in the basement instead. This part went well, and I am satisfied. Work on the pipe was completed approximately 9/8/22. It has been two months (today is 11/11/22), and I still don't have a sidewalk, and my walkway is half gone. The yard is dirt because I was told not to plant grass seed since they'd be out to do the cement. I reached out several times, sometimes I'd get a reply; sometimes not. Found Pete Black plumbing based on Angi, call them and they said they would be out the next day - great, such service. They were there at the appointed time and date and looked at my leaking shower - "no problem, just need to order a part and when it comes in we will call you" That was mid November. Couple of weeks later - call about the part - "still not in, don't worry we will call you" Couple of weeks later - "the person who orders isn't here, she will call you back" No callback -January 4th - "sorry someone will call you in the morning about the part" Next morning no call back - "Just talked to the manager - someone... read full review
