Absolutely wonderful!! We had a bit of a bad experience with a past groomer with our pups and were nervous about sending them somewhere new, but Rachel was so nice and open about the process and timing it really put us at ease. We have a very skittish, nervous pup and she was wonderful at accommodating and from his reaction when picked up, was so gentle and kind with him! Their cuts are the BEST haircuts they have gotten in a long time- all of us were kind of shocked because we didn’t realize they had really just been getting shaved before! I would absolutely recommend sending your dogs here, she is so sweet and our dogs were so happy when we picked them up!

I took my German Shepherd to Best Friends Dog Grooming in Howell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did an amazing job, he came back incredibly soft, perfectly clean, and smelling so fresh. They trimmed his nails, too, which can be a challenge with a big dog, but they handled him with such care and patience.
You can tell they truly love what they do and care about the dogs they work with. My boy can be a little nervous with grooming, but they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time.

Jennifer is AWESOME!!!! It's been 5 years since we lost our gog and we just got a new puppy we were so glad to have BEST FRIENDS groomed our new puppy ? Absolutely recommend everyone take their pet there Jennifer is so great with her little clients. Our little Levi looked so great and he liked it there. ❣️
