“Great service, quality and flexibility. I used to live in Jackson and would make the drive to Hartland for this salon. Karen is awesome and always finds time to squeeze me in if she's busy. I still make the drive now that I love in Novi. I have a hard time justifying trying to find a new place.”

“I have been going to Hair Crew since I was 8 years old, when it was under the original management located next to the SubWay in Howell. I always enjoyed my cuts and I never had any complaints! When the management changed, I got to meet the new owner, Elizabeth, and she is really good at cutting hair! I will not go anywhere else to get haircuts, it has to be Hair Crew!
I don't understand all these other reviews saying that the owners are snotty and rude, these are the kindest hard working people I have ever met, and they really enjoy their job! I would rate my review higher (in stars) if I could!
