Applegate has been coming to our home since 2020. There has not been one time that we have not gotten good service. The office when calling, the guys coming to the house, always polite, kind, friendly, straight forward, honest, even funny. Always putting booties on their shoes when coming into the house, taking them off when going to the truck for something and putting them back on when coming inside again. I say Thank you for being such a good friendly honest company......not many around anymore who care.

We purchased a new furnace & a/c a few years ago and last year we had a check up service on the furnace and before the check up on the a/c was scheduled we called with a problem with the ability to cool the house and after die was installed unit by your service technician it was found that the A-frame in the furnace hood required replacement and after it was replaced unit is operating fine, plus I'm happy this was all performed under Warranty of the original purchase of the USA manufactured Furnace A/c unit!

Installed a new furnace and AC system in an older home. They went above and beyond expectations in all aspects of the job. They came when they said they would, were extremely careful not to damage the finished part of our basement and were very fast getting the job done in just a few days.
