MidMichigan Health Park is a community health center offering primary and specialty care. The walk-in clinic is praised for its helpful and caring staff, who have been commended for their support during pregnancy and when dealing with illnesses. Patients appreciate the minimal wait times and the possibility of being seen before their scheduled appointment. However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the pediatrician and a family doctor at the health park. Concerns were raised about a lack of attentiveness and dismissal of patient concerns by these providers. On the other hand, the physical therapy center and its staff have received high praise for their exceptional coaching and the positive results achieved by patients undergoing therapy for shoulder and knee issues.
I'll take this over Munson healthcare any day ! Munson told my boyfriend had a pulled muscle and it was a blood clot ! Switched to mid Michigan and never had a problem. Yes sometimes ppl r grumpy or u have to wait 20 mins welcome to life ! Maybe the appointment before u had a heart attack and they need and extra min. They have giving me the best care always ! Everyone's been through something ! go where u would like, that suits u ! Love love this place !! Still won't bash anywhere just simply said what happened and moved on 😉
I visit often to get my allergy injections so I have come to know many of the staff throughout the years. Ashley always does an awesome job at the front desk making my check-in a breeze, and the nurses in the doctor's suite are all fantastic! Great job!
My autistic daughter finally has a dr that isn't afraid to prescribe her medicines and the inside of this place is a kids dream come true. They have 2 pediatric psychiatrist in the building if needed, as well as taking care of her primary care. Dr Mc Morrow finally gave me confidence in a Dr in our area, for the first time EVER. In and out and everyone was very friendly.
