When we called LemCools on an 85 degree day, someone answered. A technician came out in a couple hours to look at our air conditioner. The furnace and a/c were both 30+ years old. Time for a new one? After we thought about it we called back and Mike came out to give us a quote. We got quotes from two other companies. LemCools beat both of them. Four days later two technicians showed up at 8:00 AM, as promised. When they left at 1:30 PM we had a new furnace and air conditioner. They tested the furnace, but didn't leave it on long (it was 85 again). They then tested the a/c and it is fantastic. Ahhhh, so nice!! Would we recommend LemCools? YES!!!! It was easy doing business with Mike and Renee. They can't be beat.
My family had a heater issue over the holiday weekend that caused us to lose our hot water with a house full of people. I called and spoke to the nicest representative who was understanding of our situation and promised to try to help us resolve it. When no one else could make it out to help on the busy weekend, Lemcools came out within a few hours, took care of the issue and left my family raving at how kind they were during the service visit. I don’t mind Lemcool when Mike comes out but he was out of town and this kid came over not even 30 minutes and was over charged and charged for 1 hour work! The kid lied! Not happy when he lied and we got over charged! Kid name was James! he got put on call but got mad because he wanted to go home to drink a beer 🍺 he has huskies too!
