Everyone was very personable and very kind. When I got halfway through my plan, I thought I wasn’t making progress, but they were very encouraging. I’m not back to baseline but passed it and I much better shape. I would go no other place for rehab.
I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome. The reception team is consistently friendly and kind—no matter who is at the desk, you are always greeted with a hello and a goodbye, and they genuinely make you feel acknowledged as soon as you walk through the door.
The physical therapy staff has also been excellent. I’ve worked with both Jane and Emily, and I really appreciate the effort and care they put into my treatment. Even when I’m not scheduled with one of them, they still take the time to check in and see how I’m doing, which really stands out.

After months of severe shoulder pain ORS went above and beyond to find the cause of the pain and treat it. From muscle stimulation, traction, deep tissue massage, and dry needling, they do it all. They have amazing staff and a flexible schedule. I highly recommended and would never go anywhere else. Jane and Karla are a dynamic duo, and Crystal goes above and beyond for scheduling.
