He gave us 4 samples to take home, and we were able to make our choice after carefully considering its fit with our counters and walls. When it came to installation, Ken and his crew were fantastic. They had to take out two different types of tiles set in concrete. They then put down 2 layers of subfloor before putting on the final layer of flooring. They were meticulous in their work and always cheerful. They were at our house for 2 weeks. They cleaned up all the material used every day before they left.
They moved our heavy furniture around and placed sliders on the bottom so that we could move it around. The floor looks fantastic. Discount Carpet also gives you a cleaning mop with wet and dry cloths to make sure the floor stays looking good.
Finally, Gary had vent covers made that matched the color of the flooring. It was the final touch to a great job. When two didn’t fit exactly right, he quickly came out to the house and adjusted them.
