Our dog flipped a ball over the coffee table and sent a burning candle flying…candle wax spilled onto the front of my sofa and on the carpet. We tried to get the wax out but some still remained along with numerous black stains. Jacob to the rescue. He worked and worked and got almost all of the stains out. I probably would be the only one to still see it because it is so faint it’s hardly noticeable. I am so appreciative. I will definitely use Feldpausch services again.
Very professional company. They did a great job on furniture that had never been cleaned by a company. Called me 40 minutes before they were scheduled to let me know they were on their way. With some trades not even showing up (or late) sign of a dependable company. I got some business cards so I can recommend them to my friends. Highly recommend
Positive communication over phone re:canceling scheduled cleaning due to extreme cold Temps in Jan & rescheduling. The Feldpausch employee called me when he arrived. I was very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning & would hire them again.
