Our experience with Capital Area Home Inspections was fantastic! We were on vacation and had to arrange a home inspection while we were away. Their communication was professional and prompt, and we received the completed report first thing the next morning by email. The information contained in the report was very informative and significantly swayed our decision not to purchase the home.
