Kaitlyn was excellent. This was the best urgent care experience I have had. I recently visited an urgent care in Royal Oak and had a very disappointing experience—the staff was not helpful and I did not feel supported. I then called two locations in Fenton, but was told they would not prescribe the medication I needed.
