Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and not like they were just trying to get me out the door. I was given options for course of treatment which I really appreciated. Very clean environment as well.

Came down with a nasty Christmas cough and needed to get checked out. I decided to take a chance on Holly Urgent care because the other popular urgent care in the area is always busy (even if you reserve your spot online). Needless to say, I was very pleased. Although they don’t offer online spot reservations, I was prepared to wait; seeing that the other urgent care was booked up until tomorrow. My wait time was very reasonable! The front office staff, Medical Assistants, and PA were kind, personable, and attentive.

The first time I came here I was not impressed at all and never came back. Today I had to bring my daughter in because her pediatrician was closed and I walked in to a totally different urgent care! The ladies at the front are the best, they are patient and kind and very very helpful! The doctor was fast and understanding! Overall I would give this place a 10 if I could!
