Today was my first time and I was a bit nervous, to be honest. I went for the free community class to try it out, and I was not disappointed. It was a very kind and welcoming atmosphere right from the start, and I look forward to more classes in the future. What a gem we have right downtown. If you haven't already, I highly recommend checking them out.

This studio is truly something special. It brings the spiritual aspect of the yoga to the forefront. It is a safe space that you feel so held in to move through whatever it is you may be going through. It is so much more than yoga.

Started this week and it's absolutely amazing. I've never felt more connected to my body. Already telling everyone about it! I'm excited to start my journey at Ethos!
