Bradley from CS came by today. We were having issues with moisture in our attic. We have been having this issue for two years, and multiple contractors with no results. A couple of fellas were doing gutter work at my daughters next door neighbors I asked how much to straighten out a gutter on her house. They didn’t charge me anything and gladly knocked it out . I Really appreciate them doing that.
I had Dave come out for a gutter repair estimate. He had suspected our issue was simply a blockage from debris. He was correct and even removed the blockage free of charge. He offered tips on how to best maintain our gutters and downspouts, and how to do it safely. He also provided information on the current state, quality, and life expectancy of our roof, in which I found helpful and educational. He was timely, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and informative!
