Karen's School of Dance

My niece dances there. It is a nice studio with a talented and friendly staff. Many of their students have went on to have careers in Dance. They also do a lot of extra fun activities. They bring in food trucks and ice cream trucks and face painters during their free open house in August. Each dancer in their company program gets assigned a crew buddy, to cheer them on throughout the year. They also do a lot of charitable activities. At the competitions everybody is always so friendly and kind.

between both of my kids I had been in the studio over 20 years. Karen and the staff have been my extended family. I would never allow my kids to be someplace that is toxic. for the first eight years I drove my kids 45 minutes so they could attend dance at KSD. as for the accusations of bullying, all I can say is anytime you put that many kids together there is going to be drama. Anyone that has ever worked in a school will agree. My kids were raised to ignore the drama and have a thick layer of skin because that is how you survive in the real world. Karen’s School of Dance is an outstanding dance studio with amazing teachers and staff! The KSD staff creates a culture and atmosphere of family in addition to top notch instruction for their students. The experience so far has created a special love of dance for my young dancer! Thank you so much KSD for making dancing fun!
