Summerbrooke condo assn (HOA) in fowlerville is ecstatic about the great job that GLC did clearing 20 years of overgrowth at our two retention ponds. Their workers showed up and our retention pond areas which had numerous trees that were at the water edges and in the ponds in several areas are now totally cleared. Before the work it was hard to see the ponds. Now thanks to these hard working men and their efforts the area is gorgeous and can be enjoyed by all homeowners and especially homeowners with dogs that enjoy running in the area.

We have a Landscape Maintenance Seasonal contract. Yesterday, Sean and staff arrived with materials and equipment to service our landscape. Eight hours later the job was completed magnificenfly!

I don't typically write reviews. But I wanted to say what a great job GLC Property Maintenance Services did on my yard. It was a big job, our yard was overgrown and a mess. They dug out our entire property by hand, they pulled out trees, shrubs and old landscaping, replacing the most important things. Everything ties together seamlessly which was more than we asked for. It is so much less maintenance for us, it looks beautiful and even fixed a broken sprinkler line they found. I was home both days and these folks worked their tail off. Give them a call if you want quality work.
