Jason is an excellent trainer and a pleasure to work with. He helped me lose the stubborn weight I gained as a result of thyroid disease and subsequently had trouble shedding. His workout regimen also improved my chronic hip pain a great deal! I love his group workout approach. The camaraderie is so helpful and motivating! Highly recommended!!!!
This is the whole package folks. I had never tried lifting weights or diet when I started with Jason. He helped me be positive about change and reassured me when I was doubting myself. I have had great results and the time and effort is worth it. I suffered from IBS and knew where all the restrooms in town were, a week into my diet and workout routine that all changed. He can help you too just schedule a visit, you are worth it too!
Lives in Highland for a year now but haven't taken the time to experience the local businesses. So glad Iï¸ did on Shop Small Saturday. What a find!! Such a cute place for gifts.
