I called twice and never received a return call. They did all my siding and windows a few years back and I have one small area on the siding that is separating and I can't even get a return call. Very disappointed.

I do not live in the Saginaw area but my elderly parents do. Polar has a great reputation in the area and was highly recommended to me by people I trust (not being able to be on site for the work, I did a lot of research into contractors and their reputations). Polar replaced a sliding glass door and did a great job. My parents later needed siding work done and it was a no brainer to call Polar again. Honest contractor who stands behind their quality work.
